Gosh, oat milk is way more expensive than it should be. £2/Litre, why? ☹️
@prehensile *shudders*
@straw@socks.pinnoto.org How odd
@marsupialgutz@stop.voring.me @fantoro I think /dev/null does exist, it’s a device file. If you do `mv ./test_file /dev/null` you will overwrite and break your /dev/null
@marsupialgutz@stop.voring.me @fantoro source: https://serverfault.com/questions/551628/dev-null-file-became-regular-file
@marsupialgutz@stop.voring.me @fantoro I have broken my /dev/null in this way before, as I didn’t realise it was a real file and can be deleted or overwritten.
@marsupialgutz@stop.voring.me oh gosh, scary, huh?
@Mirteaaa@mastodon.lol oh huh
Goodnight, all! 😴💤
@welshpixie@mastodon.art (£30 being equivalent to about 600 ZAR/Rand?)
@welshpixie@mastodon.art Ah. I once realised I’d save £30 by using my bank’s currency conversion rate instead of PayPal’s conversion rate too. PayPal really likes to take people’s money, I always have to be careful when I use it. :/ Terrible app
@welshpixie@mastodon.art Huh. For me the friends and family was free and the goods gets extra fees
@hansvurst @Gargron @katnjiapus@toot.site I prefer “toot” as well… I don’t think I’m ever going to stop using it
@spicytamazon @PastaThief Gosh, I hope it’s delicious and everything goes well! :BlobhajTransPrideHeart:
@theporgreview Could I please ask what caused this change? Seeing what tech companies might actually do with your data?
Looking forward to having a lovely meal out today! 😊
What does “favouriting” a post do on the fediverse? It doesn’t seem to put the post on other people’s timelines like boosting, so what is the purpose?
